Got FP Notice (PD will be current in June)

Hello All:

Today I got FP notice (ASC) code 1 from USCIS, also june bulletin indicates that my PD is current (July 2001 Worldwide). so can any one tell me What does this FP means ??

Am i all set for approval or it is just one of the USCIS procedure to send an FP at regular time. By the way i did my last Finger printing for EAD and AP 4 months ago, so why again ?????

two reasons
1. Sometime the finger prints are acceptable for local FP office but FBI is not happy then you get FP notice in short duration.
2. who knows you might be close!!

I am more or less in the same boat as you and I did receive Code 1, but I am not reading too much into it because it has been 15 months since I did my first Code1 and FPs do expire in 15 months.

Also the FPing you did 4 months ago, was it Code 2 by any chance ?
 
Same thing to me

I received code 1 FP notice for May 18. My PD is current starting 05/01, and my 1st FP will not expire until Mid-June (see my signature).

Then what does this mean?

OK i was talking to my university lawyer about this and another point which she told me is also to share here....aparently FBI has changed some methods of doing checks.....which are very stringent with respect to Finger prints.....
 
Received BioMetric Request

I also got Code1 BioMetric Request scheduled for May 19. My PD is not current either however it has been about 14 months since my last FP.

Hi, I got my 3rd FP (Code 1) on 4/29/2006 but so far the LUD hasn't changed since last August. Do I need to worry about it ?

No, you dont have to worry about it.
I havent had any LUD changes after doing Code 1's, the only time I saw a LUD change was when I did my Code 2 Biometrics last July.
