got FP notice after sending fax to INS

WAC-01-155 and my wife(last name starts with C) got her FP in early July, I\'m the principle applicant(Last name starts with L) and didn\'t get mine untill today. I asked my lawer send a request last week because my case has been filed for more than 120 days. Seems it works. My scheduled date is the same as my wife\'s, 11/14, that\'s kind of late but I guess in LA region this is common.

So if you have similar case(with 4/2001 ND), you may try to ask your lawyer to send a request to INS. It\'s harmless any way. By the way, my wife got her second FP notice today with mine.

I have exactly same situation as you have.

Same last name initial for wife, same last name initial for self. My wife received her second FP today together with my first FP notice. I am pretty sure CSC messed up by sending another FP notice for my wife. Because she just did her FP on 7/31. What should we do, just ignore the second one?
