got F1 visa - defer admission

Hi,

I'm from INDIA and I recently got F1 visa. classes were supposed to start in 1st week of Jan. I got visa in last week of Dec. unfortunately after i got visa there was family emergency so i've decided to attend the school in next semester and notified the school about the same. School officials are ready to send me a new I-20.

my question is

1. will there be any issue at port-of entry when i go to US with new I-20.
2. Should i go with old I-20?

I hope you understood my concerns..Please share any additional information you think i need to know..

Since you may not enter until shortly before the semester in which you will attend, just wait for new.
