Do they check address?

Do they care if you live in New York. Or you could be from LA or Florida. My app is at VSC, and I am in Seattle. They tell me to go to Nebraska if I want to do same day etc. I might as well go to NY/Boston.

yes..address check is done

that guy verified my city name...
if you visit www.ins.gov -> field offices
it says which county under which office etc..
but there may be exceptions...call and find out...

If 90 days had elapsed from RD and if you havent
heard anything from INS on your EAD then you are
eligible for EAD card which you can collect in person
from the local INS office...

What happens if EAD is expiring but it is not 90 days since filing
for EAD renewal ? Does local INS issue an EAD in this case too ?

I thought you have to carry 2 ADIT photos.
But from your message it seems INS took the picture.

What is the validity period of the EAD ?
