Got EAD in 25 days.. NO LUD ON 485

I applied for 4th EAD on 20th July
It got approved on 15th august

AT ONE MOMENT I WAS SO DELIGHTED TO SEE CRIS EMAIL
BUT IT WAS FOR SRC...
AND THEN IT TURNED OUT TO BE FOR EAD

I DONT EVEN NEED THAT EAD APPROVAL

I NEEDED 485 APPROVAL
NO LUD ON 485

I THINK MY APPLICATION DOES NOT HAVE VISA NUMBER THATS WHY THEY APPROVED EAD SO FAST..
 
I beat you man !!

I applied for my 3rd EAD on 27th July and got approved on Aug 13th. Still no change in 485. Mine backgound check is still pending for last 3yrs
 
My EAD was approved in 30 days. Still NO luck with the 485. I haven't spoken to the IO at TSC in a week. The LUD on my wife's and my 485 is still remains at 7/24/07. I have been told that the file is with an officer since 7/21/07. It looks I may have to wait until the PD becomes current again.
 
Congrats Yellowrocks! Atleast something is getting approved... consider this as a pre-approval... get some comfort out of it.

i had applied for our 5th EAD on June 6th received approval on July 23rd...

filed 5th AP renewal yesterday....
 
I got three emails on the EAD approval
8/13 - ordered production of your card on 8/11
8/14 - ordered production of your card on 8/13
8/16 - approval notice sent on 8/15

still NO change on the 485 status/LUD
 
Applied EAD on 29th July before new fee was implemented.

USCIS recvd on 8/1/2007 approved on 8/13/2007.

Any takers ???

Date update twice: Card production ordered.

Hi hello my friends
I called TSC on today primary applicant name check (NC) it is pending
I don't know what happened last month when I called NC i s cleared and when I went to Infopass appt they said its cleared in last year in march..
but today I got different answer..
will they request twice or once...
please give your opinions
also if any body know how to write the letter to FL ... and including matter..
example..
it's really helpfull and appreciates.

I am hoping to get it in this month as they are not processing my I-485 for a long long time (even the SR response says, actively processing blah, blah...)

Pending since July 2003 and they love my file so want to keep it more time.
 
My EAD and AP was applied on 06/14/07 and EAD was approved on 07/31/07

I called today to findout about AP , IO told me its approved on 08/14/2007 but she don't know why status is not updated. she asked me to wait for a few days.

if it would have been transferrable i would have given my EAD to you man..
i dont use it

i just need 485 approval..

Even I don't need it now.

I have my H1B till the end of 2009. I applied for EAD just in case if I get bored with my current job.

But I really need my I-485 approval as its toooo long. And it is not fair for NSC to delay my case with no reason and approving lot of recent people (How can they approve people after me? I am still in the line?).

I started in Dec 2001 (PD) and 485 filed in July 2003.
