GOT EAD Approval after getting Green Card

Hi,

I had applied for a renewal of EAD on Feb 1st. Got GC on March 13 and today got renewed EAD. I was expecting them to deny my EAD since I have GC now. Should I be worried that my case is not showing as approved in USCIS system?
