Got EAD/AP.Going to india for delivery.

My wife is pregnant and due to some complications in her pregnancy she needs to have 24 hour assistance and has been asked to take rest for rest of her term.we are thinking that it might be better for her to go to india and deliver the baby there.My(and my wife's) EAD and Advanced Parole has been approved and I have got the EAD cards and approval notice too last week.I wanted to get your advice that if baby is born in
India then what is the process of bringing the baby to USA with her mother(who has EAD and advanced parole)?If there is a process,would it be time consuming or instantaneous like H4 visa stamp.
Also,me and my wife both a valid visa stmaping (till nov-2004).Would it be better to get H4 stamed for my child and bring him back on H4 visa and later add him to 485 processing?I know that in this case,I will not be able to change job and use EAD because that will invalidate my H1 and hence subsequent H4s.

I would really appreciate if you gurus help me in
this.

If you have medical insurance here and your wife is covered as well, have the delivery here. Your baby will be a US citizen and will thank you for the rest of his/her life.

----- if you are on H1B status then your Baby and your wife can get H4 visa and come to US

----- That is good, you should maintain H1b status till your baby gets H4 visa, don’t use EAD

--- YES, if you maintain H1b status and don’t use EAD ( if Chennai consulate then present and past employer should have paid you wages according to LCA and you should not have any issues related to less wages than LCA or on W-2)

*** Doctors are much bettering US, child will be automatic Citizen if born in US( i know after 1-15 years US will be no more attraction for the children from india), try to call some body from India on visitor visa if possible and don’t inform the consulate that he/she is going to look after baby or looking after the pregnant lady.
