Got B1/B2 stating for Business Visa, can I use it now Visiting my friend

I had applied for B1/B2 visa, for business purposes. I have now the visa with 10 years validity and Multiplle entry. I visited US for business purposes once already now. But next month I am planning to visit my friend in US. Can I use the same visa ?

Can I Use the B1 as B2 now ? If yes, Do I need to carry and special documents for this(for visiting my friend) ?
