Hello folks!!
I had posted earlier on this forum that my 485 was approved as per the AVM. Today I received the approval notice and now I believe it. I was an active contributor to the I140, H1 expiring and EAD forums. I come to this forum now and then. Thanks to all of you for posting their experiences, frustrations, hopes and wishes. It has helped me a lot to understand the GC process better and keep my worries at bay. Thanks also to Rajiv Khanna for creating and maintaining such a bulletin board which is the best available today. My details are given again below:
PD: Nov 1996
I140: April 28, 2000 approved
I485 ND: May 10, 2000
FP: Oct 2000
I485 approved on May 23rd 2001
I will be visiting this forum to answer other people\'s problems. But, in a short time even the laws may change. So, until then I will be visiting and use this as a board to discuss more than immigration issues.
