Got approval notice from INS

Hi, Guys
Got approval letter from Vermont INS yesterday. It is unbelievable fast.
Here is my schedule

Mar 8, DOS received "No objection statement"
Mar 22, DOS approved it
Apr 1, Vermont received DOS recommendation letter.
Apr 4, Vermont approved it
Apr 9, I got the letter from INS

Good luck everybody on this boat.

I was told I have to wait for about 300 days for the final waiver!

Did anybody meet this problem? The receipt for INS told me it would take about 300 days to process my waiver!
 
Which INS

it depends on which service center you are using.. usually Vermont is the fastest, while California and Texas are much more slower.

How to know dos got NOC--

Congratulation Kevin Ji—
I have question how u came to know that DOS received No objection Statement. As per my experience there is no way u can get information from DOS that they received NOC or not. Pl reply.
