Got Approval mail BUT ?

My EB1-C case is approved yesterday.
I had LUD on May 31 and approval June 14.

My spouse had LUD on 31 and June 14 but no approval
My son had LUD on June 14 but no approval.

I do not know why they didn't approve dependent cases. I saw all dependent approved together.

I have half happiness...

Experts any openion... :confused:

One of my friend got the similar thing, after some days his wife got RFE for medical.

We went to same doc and she had more shots than me as I had couple of vaccine shots in the past. My son is also pending and I am worried?
My sons got all shots as per US requirements.

I had a similar problem. Both my and my son's GC were approved on May 26, but not my wife's. I have even received the plastic GC (my son's GC will take longer as they need to scan his photo).

I called UCICS and they told me that my wife's application went for "further background check", and have no idea how long this will take. Perhaps, this is hapenning to your wife as well.

It is doctor's mistake, he did not fill the medical form properly and also her x-ray got expired.

They went thru all the medicals and sent RFE resposnse and waiting for approval.

When your GC is approved. My GC is approved on 14 and saw LUD on my wife also on the same day. I will wait for a week before call them. Please keep me posted.

Hi OhNoo,

my GC was approved on May 26, and so was my son's. However, my wife has had no LUD ever since April 10, which is the receipt date of all of our I-485 applicatiopns (they were all filed together).

In theory, our applications should be handled by the same Adjudicator. I don't know why he approved two and send one back for further background check. I will wait another 30 days before making another enquiry.
 
Same situation. I got approved in march, still waiting for wife's approval. Got a letter after I enquired that she is awaiting background check.
 
I know a friend of mine whose spouse(dependent) got approval email/letter etc.. but the primary hasn't yet received it. :confused:

Finally... I got my approval. Spouse's I-485 had an LUD as well. No status change for her though.

Lastely we got approved - Spouse and Son.

After responding RFE for Spouse and son, we got approved on 9th Aug from VAC. We received card for my spouse and approval letter for my son - no card.

Any experience in VAC - children cards?
