Got AP the same day in Newark, NJ.

The sameday process only applicable to applicant whose expected travel date is within 3 week. Long wait in the office but no wait in the check-in line. It is not bad since you can sit and wait. The office did ask me for the I-140 approval notice but I think I could still get my AP without it. She also asked me for the H1B. I didn't bring it with me, and she said forget it then gave me the AP for a year and multiple entries.

Did they ask for any proof of emergency?

No. You just have to write a date which is within 3 weeks and ask for multiple entries. They will give you parol for a year. At least it was my case.

you need to have Photoes and copy of 485 receipt notice,
I140 Approval, photo copy of tickets.

Where to Go?

Guys,

I will try if I can get non-emergency AP and interim EAD at Newark next weekend.

I have one question which location am I suppose to go:

Broad Street or Commerce street

As last time I went for 2nd FP to Commerce street.

I saw some people who came for interim EAD, on the BCIS web-site there is no mention of Commerce street.
