Hi ,

My PD is now current ...........
as per Mar 2006 bulletin-any one got I 485 approvals this month or any changes happening
please post it got any information on i 485 ..
or when can we accept the approval approx dates plzz.

I-140 RFE 08/2005 (“ need new G28 form signed by attorney or …”.)
RFE sent 08/2005, no change in LUD until now
I 485 LUD 09/29/05 (On September 29, 2005, this case was reopened on a BCIS motion, and the case is now in process. It is taking between 365 and 540 days )
I140 LUD 09/30/05 (On September 30, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 30 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.)
I140 APPROVED on Sep 29th ,2005 .
now PD is now current -Jan , 2002.

My PD is becoming current in March. I spoke to VSC customer service to check my name check status. Alas, same answer that mine is not cleared yet. Initially she was reluctant to answer about it but since I told her about my PD becoming current, she asked me to wait for a minute and gave me the bad answer. However my wife's name check has been cleared.

PD - Apr'2000
I485 ND - Dec'29 2004
I485 RD - Jan '06'2005
 
what options you chose to speak to CSR, I tried the only way

I noticed to speak was if your case is outside the processing time frame, is there any other basis, options you can call

April 1999 PD

Hi
My PD is April 1999,It's substitution labour filed in VSC with Received date Jan 25th.No FP notice yet and waiting for EAD.

I am in the same boat, name check not cleared according to VSC, and PD becomes current next month.

Isn't that true that people who will be current in march bulletin will be actually current from March 1, 2006. Calling centers now for status will surely lead to unexpected answers!!! It is sometiem funny with center. ....after beoming current my chinese colleauge calle dcenter and he got tipical non likeable answer ...of "stuck in name check".....only to get approval a week after.....thats lucky i guess!
 
Hello All,

Can anyone tell me how do i check if my name check is complete? I tried mailing but got no response and also tried a phone number she said the fingerprint results are returned the same day and the name check is handled by another department and they dont comunicate with the public.

Hi,
my PD is 1999 April and it's substitution labour.filed I-485 in january 3rd week of 2006.I got receipt date 25th Jan and sofar no FP notice received.Can anybody explain here howmany days will it take to get FP?
