Got an RFE(ND 10/23/2002)

Just now i checked my online status. I got an RFE which they sent to me on sept. 29, 2002. Iam yet to hear from my attorney.

I filed my I-485 very late, not until August this year. Will update with more details as soon as i have complete info.

RFE on my education & experience

I spoke to my attorney and he said BCIS has asked for my education transcripts and experience letter from my previous company for which i worked.

Also looks like they have asked for an education evaluation since mine is a substitution case.

I don't know why they have asked these documents, since i have sent it to the attorney. I don't know if the attorney has sent them though.

BTW, how long does it take once a reply for an RFE is sent?
