Got an LUD on I-140 which was already approved way back in 2004

Strange to see I have an LUD (soft no updates) on my I-140 which was approved way way back in 2004. I had this LUD on 12/02/07 yersterday on a sunday, very strange and no LUD on my 485. Dont know whats happening here. I am eb3-India with PD 6/2004 and 485 RD 08/2004, I-140 approved in 10/2004, had 4 ead's, 4 aps, and 2 FPs so far. Had one RFE also and replied and they received RFE also in Sep/07.
 
RFE was for TB skin test and EVL only. Sent it across 2 months ago and they received it. Their 60 day deadline which they said after they recd my RFE that I would get a written decision or update on my case in 60 days also expired.

Give me your case details. country/category/timeline etc.
 
LUDs on approved 140 seem to be some maintenance jobs.
I have had 2 on mine in last 18 months.
Latest was just before my 4th AP was approved.
 
Same here, My I-485 is approved and got the GC in July 2007 and I see LUDs on my 140&131 (both approved in 2004) dated 11/25/2007 (Sunday)

Also LUD on my I290B (appeal) to 12/02/2007
