My husband (USC) and i had an interview at the INS office in SF in March '03. The interviewer asked to see the original birth certificate, more photos, tax returns for the past three years, which i somehow forgot to bring with me. The interviewer then told us that the INS will send us a letter for more required documents within 90 days.
Here's my questions, presuming i have all the documents required,
1. Let's say i submit all the required documents, what is the time line for me to get a stamp in my passport?
2. Will the INS call us for a second interview?
3. Will the INS revoke my GC application?
4. Will i get deported?
5. What would be the worst case scenario that i might encounter.
Any answers to these questions will be greatly appreciated.
