I called IIO and he never gave me any information on RFE. Will I receive the note from INS or my lawyer?

Ciba,

Can you please reply back. I got RFE (AVM was updated about RFE on 03/07), but my Lawyer never received any documentation from INS till now. Its almost 12 days. Is this common with RFE? I am really worried about this.

My AP rfe was sent on 2/7 according to INS answering system. but my laywer didn\'t notify me until 3 weeks later. i guess when the letter are sent to attorneys, it takes a while for them to take care of it.

It can take a while for the RFE letter to arrive. Wait for a few
more days, in the meantime, please keep us posted.

Hi, WhereIsGc, i noticed that your PD is pretty early. can you tell me what took it so long to file your i-485? i guess someone may get it right, the longer you wait, the better chance you will get RFE.

My Lawyer filed my case very late. He took almost 2 months after I gave all my papers. That costed me a lot.

My PD is 99 Not 98.

Does RFE letter always send to Lawyer ?
I was told by IIO that they sent it to my home address.
Do you have any idea why they sent to home ?(Actually this is good
for me, because my attorney office has moved anyway)
