Got a reply to Fax information for TSC

Hi,
Does anyone know how long it may take to get a respose for a fax enquiry in TSC ? Anybody with relevent experience may please post their experience. Is it better that calling the INS directly ?

Don\'t waste your time, you will NEVER get any response through Fax. I have tried numurous times, no success.

Thanks for your positive feedback. Do they reply to the point or they give general message like \'it takes about 30 weeks to process such case blah blah\'?

The FAX number is (214) 767-7654. If you are requesting for the status of your application, generally the reply will be, we are processing applications of so and so date and you application was received on so and so date and the officer number.

Hi TSC-waiting,

By the way I got a reply in 10days from TSC about my fax enquiry..Do not impose yor experience on to others and dictate terms.

Could you please write the interpretation of " Case still pending, Will inform the supervisor the file is ready for review". This was the reply I got from TSC for my query to update status.

Hi SunnyKoka and Myladoor,

My details are as follows:
PD : March 1999
ND : Feb 16,2000
First Fingerprint : May 5,2000;Rejected; waited for reschedule none received so walked in ASC and requested fingerprints. Done and approved(fingerprints) on March 8th 2001
Mar 14th : Faxed enquiry to TSC, received a reply by mail on 23rd March; case still pending
