Got a Notice of Intent to Deny

Hi

Today i have received a Notice of Intent to Deny.
Reason that they do not have any record of my NASEER registration.
I had the front copy of my I94 (which i had at that time) not the back where they had note that i was appeared for it.
Also when i went to visit my country i went for an interview at the Airport and they put a stamp on my Passport (EXIT).
In a notice they asked to bring Passport, Photo Id, employement Document I94 etc.

My PD is May 25 2001.

If some one has any experience like this please share it.

Gullu, although you don't have the back side of I-94, you should have the FIN# to prove that you did do the special registration. If somehow you lost the FIN#, just tell them your name and other personal information, they should be able to find you FIN#, and this time keep the number.

They had my photographs too and the bad thing was ona day when i went there they had some computer problems and person who was doing that had written on a back on I94 that becuase of computer problem we can't issue a FIN# but this person has appeared for the Registeration.
I know my name is in the computer and Person who had Exit stamp on my PP got my name on a computer but i did not know that i need a FIN# for the future. :mad:

any how lets see what they ask me in the interview.

My advise to you is , when you go at the interviu , is better to take your attorney with you !!! If you do not have one , look for a good one and will help you to pass thru all this ordeal !!! You have a good chance to pass this problem !!! Good luck at the interviu and continue to keep in touch with us about your experience !!!
