Got a LUD on approved I-140. No LUD on I485.

Hi All,

I got a LUD on the already approved I-140 on 04/04/2006(April Fool). But no LUD on I485. Why? Anybody got the same LUD on I-140? Thanks.

I got a LUD on approved I-140, I-131, I-765 all on the same date. I also got a LUD on my pending I-485. My company changed lawyers and I filed a "Notice of Representation" - so I'm guessing that the LUDs have to do with that.

I also got a LUD on approved I-140, but no LUD on I-485. If anybody knows about it...please let me know....

Someone told me that...

I got a LUD on approved I-140, I-131, I-765 all on the same date. I also got a LUD on my pending I-485. My company changed lawyers and I filed a "Notice of Representation" - so I'm guessing that the LUDs have to do with that.

Someone told me that your I-140 will get LUD if your I-485 is being processed. And maybe some new info is going into the I-485 folder. However, I did not get any update on I-485. Weird.

approved 140 get LUD on 4/1/06 and pending 485 get LUD on 4/16/06(weird, isn't it a sunday?) does that means 140 and 485 will be transferred to NSC or TSC?

I also got the LUD

Even I got the LUD on my approved EAD on 04/16/2006. So it could be some monthly mass update. Dont worry.. Even I got LUD on my pending 485 on January 1, 2006 ...
