Got 221(g) in mumbai consulate

Yesterday My sister attended along with her daughter. The interview passed well for my sister. But in her daughter case they asked about mother's name in birth certificate (b/c my sister is divorced). finally they have taken her divorced papers and birth certificate along with copy of educational documents. They issued 221(g) form mentioned that administration process required.

If any one have any idea on this type of issues , Please share with me.
How long it may take for Administration process?

221(g) basically means that the consulate is not ready to make their final determination on the application. The only choice your sister has is to wait it out. Good luck!!!
