Hello ,
I went to chennai consulate 2 months back for first time H1Visa stamping and got 221-g ASKING FOR FURTHER details about my employer company in USA.
I would be getting further documents shortly from the employer.The counsulate people did not ask my details in particular as i did my education from a reputed institute and my present and previous company are reputed companies.I was asking them to check my pay stubs,but they said they wanted the US company details.
But my very first comapny has closed down its operations and its a small company which was existant 5 years back.
Now my dilemma is
1.if i reapply again would they bother about this company and hold it.
2.Also in the letter to counsulate the employer put that i did 'XYZ' project in my previous company which was a prototype project and did not mention about the main project which i actually did.
Could thie two affect the chances.
Please some one reply.
