I tried most of them - Nothing worked.

Ajay,

1. My Attorney faxed two inquiries to INS, but no response from INS till date. She is doing all she can from her side. But, she can do only so much.
2. I have sent the information to congress woman in Walnut Creek asking her to help. No use. Seems like they are too busy with the other work. Everey time I call the case worker (his name is Matt), the same response - "We have received your Fax. I will call my friends in INS to inquire about your case". Seems like, they already know that INS is messed up with the RFE mails.

I dont have much hope on my GC/I-485 now. I have applied for my second EAD (I lost the first one due to a address change). Once I have my second EAD, I will not worry about my I-485 any more.

I got tired and switched job last week

I also lost hope on GC as I tried thru attorney, calling INS ....with no results.
