Hello All,
I filed a EAD renewal application for my wife a couple of days ago and I forgot to include the actual application form (I-765) itself in the package (I know, big goofup on my part !).....but, sent everything else including the payment, etc. I checked with the postal service to see if I can stop the delivery but, the package has already been delivered on Saturday.
I am pretty sure they are going to send it back to me...which is going to further delay the whole renewal process (We are already 10 days into the 90 day period !). What is the best course of action for me here ? Is there anything I can do proactively....may be send the application form seperately with a cover letter explaining the situation ? I am not sure if it is advisable to send in another complete application package !!
Any input/ideas will be greatly appreciated.
