When I fill-out (Goods To Follow) list can I just write TV, computer…etc.
and it’s dollars value without writing the make and model and serial number.

Or the make, model and serial number a must otherwise the Canada Border Service Agency will refuse my list Good to follow; I’m not talking about car.

My question is how strict the Canada Border Service Agency about model, make and serial number for items like TV, VCR, and Computer?

For electronics items, you need the make, model & serial. These are goods you currently own that will be tax free and to prove that you own them, the only way is to list the make, model & serial.

If you do not have the information, then the Canadian Authorities might refuse to stamp on your list.

I'm also crossing the border this month. If I don't have goods to follow, can I just tell them I have no goods to follow?
