"IT IS TAKING BETWEEN 390 & 420 DAYS TO PROCESS THIS KIND OF CASE"

can you believe that!!!

This is great.

This is great since it is more realistic of the time its actually taking, for me atleast. My case has been pending, approx 520 days.
Later.

I think NSC will complete June (hopefully) RDs by end of July..

as don\'t forget the long 4th July weekend is coming up.
Also,no new June approvals, and it\'s almost the end of the month
Hey..5th Year NSC: Why have you not contacted your local senator??Or have you??
Just curious...cheers to all

Don't worry. Look slike NSC is trying to be on safe side. They don't want to give more explanation for old cases.

More adjudicators....more time

I heard NSC had hired more adjudicators some where in this discussion board. Thought...this would speed up the process but as per AVM...now its 390 to 420 days...

:(

There may be more delays ....

Given that NSC received lot more I-485 applications after July 1st 2001 ( India EB3 was made current ), the processing time can get worse than 420 !!!

what I dont understand is why NSC is the only one screwed

up..how come VSC and CSC are moving at lightning pace??
At this rate,I dont hope to get my approval till MArch 2003 at least..
(ND Oct 2001)
