May be he/she is USCIS agent and wants to remind everyone that USCIS is working very hard and people are getting approved everyday. 
On a serious note, leave him/her alone guys, lots of times you feel good to see a new approval and he/she is not hurting anyone's feelings.
In short "Ignore" is the keyword here.

Yes I do this pretty much every day. At least somebody is getting approved.Madman72 said:

But when I have something to say and feel that I can contribute, then I do that too. If someone has already expressed an opinion/advice that I would have stated, then I keep my mouth shut.
People share their experiences and the news of their approval here. These are the people that remind us that things are ticking at VSC. That some progress is being made there. Imagine, people sharing their approval news here and no one even congratulating them. How are they gonna feel? Moreover, wouldn't that discourage other people from sharing their news here? If that happens, it would be that much harder for us to see what's going on at VSC wouldn't it? Believe me I am only trying to do the civil thing here. I do not mean to offend anyone.
While my objective is never to bring those posts to the top, now that you mention it, perhaps if they all buble up to the top together is a good thing. You can see at a glance how many people got approved on a given day. Don't you think?

I do not think there is any harm in congratulating people. It helps keep hopes alive. No one likes to post when he/she is not sure if anyone is reading or not. I do not see anything wrong in congratulating.

Proposal
I have a proposal.
Why not open a new thread "Post Your Approved Cases" and make it sticky so that people will post their approvals to that thread.
Also, we could link the tracker so that they will not miss updating the tracker.

yygov, I am deeply touched by your sentiment and the kindness in your heart.
It seems we have a lot of energy, why don't we focus it on backlog reduction efforts.
I do not want to be a distraction from what should be the major focus. That is, working towards backlog reduction. Support Rajiv's efforts. Support the campain started by DSatish, or Kashmir, or one of the other initiatives here.

Not really sure if it's good work. But I have been trying to be civil to everyone here. As most of you probably know already, it's not easy to see approvals for people who filed way after us. But hey at least someone's getting approved and deserves to be congratulated.
