Good news: Senator John Cornyn heads to Immgration Subcommittee - you may get help

Good news for those who's waited for delayed approval for a long time:

Senator John Cornyn (R, TX) is heading to CIS Immigration Subcommitee recently. ( By the way, I'm not pro-Republican). I got this news from a famous laywer's web site slide news: www.shusterman.com (By the way I'm not this lawyer's client, he's in state Ca.) ;)

Actually I'm not in his local district, I contacted a lot of my local district Senators/Congresswoman/Congresswoman, including Tom Delay, Sheola Jackson Lee, but only he replyed (several times) and helped.

I'm really glad that the man who likes him can help us will get more power on the immigration matters.

This man has helpd me on my case several months ago. I sent him a letter for help and got some detail information about my long pending I485 case from CIS.
And I acted accordingly, which got my Name Check done and soon my case was approved. See my details in my signature and the thread of "New Year's gift is comming ..." in this site.

I'm going to send a "Big thank you" letter to him for his great help.

So, I suggect that those who's waited for delayed approval for a long time should ask his help, you'll get answered like me.

Good luck to you!

I'll keep visit this web site to throw my 2 cents if I could.

Please share the info.

Hi, Fujis,

Who is the contact in Senator's office for your case? I contacted them in November, but only got a letter from Senator saying that an inquiry has been sent to TSC for my case. But I have not heard back from them since then. My name check was completed in 2003. I don't know what is holding up my case.

How soon the senator find out the details of your case after you contacted them?

Please share your story. I am very desperate here.

I-485 RD: 04-2002

send directly to him ...

I sent letter directly to him, I don't know who replyed me 1 or 2 months later in Sept 2004. (I didn't care who, maybe one of his secretaries). You just do what you need to do then wait relaxly.
Hope this'll help.
