Good News: Recaptured Vacation Time on H1-Total 11 Months

Just wanted to share with you guys that i successfully recaptured time away from the US due to vacation and other reasons. Detais are as follows:

1st H1 approved: Nov 1998
First came to US only in May 1999
Away from the US for five months in 2003
Recaptured total time of 11 months. This period of 11 months added to my
H1 period.
To capture this i submitted copies of passport stamps and all I 94's.

Does it not counted against ur I-94 from the time u enter into US? Can u tell me more about the first h1 approval of when u got it approved, stamped date and when u entered?
