Mad, Did you submit the medical with the 485 application?

Mad, just a query. You got an RFE for medical. Is it because you did not submit your medical with the 485 application?

I have read the earlier response that u did not submit medical

had u also not submitted employer letter also ?

On 12/4/01 I faxed inquiry for my self and wife, I gave them our information, I think they opened our cases on 12/26 because of the fax.

My attorney did not file: Medical exam, Employer Letter or W2 and pay stubs.
I got RFE for the above
