I really don’t think there aren’t many application from 2001 April is still left. If you check labor approval statistics May 2004 , other than Dallas and San Francisco all other labor processing centers were processing 2003 and beyond. As I am from California I know all those filed before 2002 March are got cleared before it went to backlog centre, I am not sure about non RIR cases. But still it is hard to believe that there are still many more pending at backlog center before 2001.
If you look at the 1998-2001 fillers forum there are hardly 50 of them are left.

I totally agree with you. I am a TSC filer and filed my labor from GA. Almost everyone I know from 01 has already been approved and most of the cases in the backlog reduction office are 03 filings and beyond. This April 01 is something that keep coming up and causes a lot of panic. Although no one knows for certain, worrying about it will not help at all.
