Hey Guys,
Today is my DAY. Got the Card Ordered mail just 15 mins ago (PST 7:30 AM).
Let me tell you how this happened.

Woke up today hearing my phone ring but before I could answer the call it got cut. I saw a missed call on my phone and checked the number. It was 214 area code (Dallas, Texas) number. I dont have any friends in the area. I had a hunch that maybe this could be the IO from TSC. Checked online but could not find any number. Tried to return call but the call refused to go through. I searched this forum but could not find a number. So I thought I should start a new thread asking for the IO number. But just checked my Gmail and there it was the CRIS email.

The feeling has not yet sunk in. I got my Independence atlast a day before the 60th anniversary of our Independence (I am from India).

Thanks so much to all the forum members. This is a valuable resource for Immigrants. I have been visiting this site for countless times a day for the past 2 years. Hats off to Rajiv and to ALL of you. I wish EVERYONE Goodluck I never thought I would be writing this, so YOUR day is not far behind.

Congrads. Enjoy. I totally agree... when you least expect it, it comes. Same thing happened in my case too. Once my EAD got renewed, I didnt bother about GC. But I got the approval last week.
 
4evergc Congrats.you should now change your handle to Soon2BCitizen.

Any idea why there were so many LUD's to your I-485 before approval?
