I know a lot of people are waiting and the push back in PD dates for certain countries is going to cause a lot of pain.

I don't think miracle happens in next 10 working hours, that to be with USCIS.

May people get approved whose cases already finalized and waiting for visa number.

Thanks for the wishes... But there is only a day left. So hopes are less.. Our next step will be to start looking visa bulletin and predicting for future dates and doing next set of FP and USICS will continue with NC for the second and third so on...

I am sure they will be working all weekend.. My case was approved on saturday 9/15 as per IO. Let's hope for the best. Does any one know if the sep 18th rally is going to make any difference?

Yeah, probably they work **only** on weekends, week days are for relaxing.

Will a visa number be issued for a case even when the priority dates are not current if all other checks have been cleared and if only they are waiting for a visa number.Any hopes of dates moving forward in November??
