Good Lawyer for follow to Join

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a good lawyer for follow to join.

I have been talking to lots of lawyers and none of them seemed to be competent . There were two comments that I learned on this forum.

1. I824 is filed against I140 not 485, so I can initiate I824 based in my I140 approval
2. Some consulate only requires the receipt of I824
