Definitely Bad

Those who are 7th, 8th year extn category must do some research on this topic.
If I 140 is approved and not able to file I 485, what will happen to H1 extension 7/8/9th year?

I believe that AC21 rule allows you to file for a 3 year extension, with the above mentioned scenario.

Any Comments Anyone?
