Going to Marride to US citizen

Hi my friend who is Canadian citizen wants to married US citizen who is staying in us with out any status.


1, Does he has to go back to canada ?
2, He is divorce and have two son who he has primary coustudy first one 14 born in Canada and second one is 8 born in Usa how can she sponcer kids with her spouse ?
3, what kind off GC kids will get permanent or conditional GC ?

US citizen who is staying in us with out any status?? what do you mean by this? I think you mean to say Canadian citizen without any status in the US, the kid who is born in the US , is a citizen, the kid who is 14 along with the dad will get a conditional green card, they can change the status within the country
