I have valid ap and I applied I485 under 245(i) because I was in out of status 2 months.Next week I want to go to India Using valid AP. is it ok for me to travel or is there any problems. any comments are helpful to me.

245(i) case? Don’t go out of US with AP. They may not allow you back. 245(i) is filed if one was out of status for more than 6 months; 245(k) is filed if you were less than 180 days. Consult your lawyer don’t leave with out GC
