Going to Canada for Stamping

Hi,
I am planning to go to Canada for stamping very soon.

My question is

1. I am going for my 6th and 7th year extension, and I have my labour approved and applied for I140.
Since i have my labour approved which tells that i will be a potential immigrant will this have an effect on my stamping.

No, just filing 140 will not affect your stamping. You have not done anything illegal.

I know thats not illegal, but since my intensions are to settle as a permenent residents will have any affect on the decision on VO.

No it will not have any effect on VO. H1B visa is meant to be dual intent.
