Going out and in of the US while having H1 approval

I am on an F-2 status. I have been approved for H1-B and already got my I-94 and other docs.
I need to fly out to my home country and come back.
What issues am I facing ? How can they be resolved ?
Am I still an F-2 without any regard of my H1 approval ? Or am I in a difficult situation because I am alredy approved, but not valid yet ?

You have changed your status from F2 to H1 through a new H1. You are in status and continue to stay and work in US.

Since you are going out, to come back as h1 candidate you have to have H1 visa stamped in your pp from an US consulate out side US.

You are no more in F2 status.
