Going on H4 when H1 is under process

Help Help..Going on H4 when H1 is under process

Hi

My fiancee is on H1. We are getting married this April last week :) . My company has just initiated my H1. They are yet to courier the docs to USCIS. It will take another 5-6 months for the complete H1 procees, in this meantime can i go on H4 and come back when I get my H1 stamping dates? Can i go on H4 when my H1 is in process. Is there any complication of rejection of my H1 if i go on H4 when H1 is in process. Or else can i go on Visitors visa?

Please suggest.

If you are working on H1 status or you got H1 approval and are married then your spouse can get H4 visa.
