Going India for L1 Restamping: Wife on GC

Hi,

I married to GC holder while working in US on L1.
Now, my L1 is going to expire on April 02, 2009 and my compnay wants be to go back to India for L1 restamping.
I need to fill DS-156 form in which they ask for the relative living in US and that includes section of Spouse too.

Will their be any problem in L1 restamping if I show my wife as a GC holder on DS-156.

Your advice will be very helpful to me.

Not at all. L-1 visas are dual intent.
