Going from part time to full time with TN employer.

I am currently working for two different employers under TN status. Starting in 2022, I will be dropping one employer and working full time with the second employer. Is there anything I need to do on my end about this change? Will I need to go back to the border to let CBP know?

No. You will simply stop using the TN for one company. File away the I-94 associated with that employer and only use the I-94 for the one you stay with.
