I can't believe my eyes when I checked the USCIS website.
There it was, the most awaited words "This case has been approved." that we want to read and hear.
Hang in there guys your turn will come soon. I became a member of the forums since last month. Here are the details of my case:

Labor certification- took three years to be approved
H1B- had to do 7th year extension
3 EAD's
RD- 4-22-02
ND- 4-25-02
FP- 4-12-03
4-22-04- My lawyer sent inquiry/request about my fingerprint expiry
5-10-04 Lawyer sent second inquiry/request
5-25-04- called and faxed details of my case to Sen. Corny's office
5-28-04- Sen. Cornyn's case worker(Jane Loomis) called/informed me that they already faxed the inquiry to TSC
6-3-04-(10:00 A.M.) I faxed expedite request just this morning to TSC
6-3-04 (11:00 AM) checked status ( same message about processing)
6-3-04 (2:40 P.M.) checked status again. And there it was.
The awaited message:
This case has been approved. On June 2, 2004 an approval notice was mailed. :D
Thank you for everybody's support and camaraderie.

leilah88, congrats. Did you ask sen. cornyn's office to send an expedite request based on expiring FP or just a general request ? Please post. Thanks.

Sen. Cornyn

Groan,
I went to his website, printed the immigrant/non-immigrant disclosure form. I filled it out with all the details of my case. At the bottom of the page I wrote the difficulties I have been encountering especially the fact that my FP was going to expire in July. I also stated there that my case has been filed with TSC since 4/02. I faxed it back to their Dallas office. Fax number is in their website.

Approval Notice in the mail

I got my approval notice in the mail. We are being asked to go to San Antonio.(me and my daughter)

Do any of you guys know if we need to call San Antonio for appointment for the stamping or can we just do a walk-in? :confused:

Based on which reason did you request and expedited processing? Just the fingerprinting expiring?

I requested expedited processing based on the risky traveling abroad that I should do a lot for my job but really only do the ones I really have to go to (I have had some troubles coming back in the US so it only in an almost emergency situation that I do the travel). But this is hurting my career. However, my request was denied.
