My NIW 140 is pending and received RFE. I have not sent in the response letter
. At the same time, I have not filed 485. Can I go to HK to attend a conferenc
e? Is it safe to do so? If I go, is it better to apply for return visa in HK o
r in Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou?
