glue on B visa.any travel problems?

glue fell on some part of my cousin's B visa .any travel problems?needs to travel soon to India thru London..Any problems?please advice...
I don't think we have enough info to answer the question.
Is it a small drop of transparent glue? Or a big glob? Or less than transparent? Did some paper stick to it?
It will be a judgment issue: if it looks like the visa could have been tampered with, there is a high probability it will be refused.
I would have it checked out an an immigration office.

It is a some drops of transparent glue. the visa paper sticked with the paper above that.but nothing happened.it just looks the part where the glue fell there the ink is little messy(like if we touch soon after the priniting like that)...when she has to show this visa they may scan it right?so if the scanning shows something is there that could be a problem right?
