Gking, how would you manage to get your I140 approved in 15 months at most from your priority date.

tsc11months. Do you get yours approved in 11 months?? I know you are EB1.

LC based EB2 and EB3 have no difference in LC stage. If you look the Tracker, I am just in the middle. Actually I was not that lucky in LC and I-140. My LC was approved in about 8 months after filing, I140 was approved 7 months after LC approved. (Without mistakes, my LC should be approved in 7.5 months, and I-140 in 6 months). This forum has helped a lot. Only because I visited this forum frequently, I have avioded big delays by self-intervention other than just relying on the lawyer. I had expected my i-485 to be approved 6 months after I-140 approval. The date would be in Sept 02. Hope I am lucky this time in I-485.

Gking, you are right.

If everything goes on smothly as you predict, we might have a party at the same time. So come to Disney then, you will be hosted in Orlando.

i checked AVm for EAD for my husband and it was updated and.......

it says the case was his approved on 4/25 but on his card it says it is valid from 4/22....!
Well i checked the AVM(EAD) for me and it gives the same old original message "this caes was received on........." Do not know what is happening.....
I just hope we at least get our FP together.....
Will keep you updated.
