Girlfriend tourist Visa

Hi my girlfriend in the philippines, actually now my fiance(un-official) needs to apply for a tourist visa so she could visit me in the US.my question is what are the chances of her being permitted to go here and also how many months can she stay and another thing is what are the times for processing a tourist visa?

she is a nurse currently studying for nclex which she will take this june, she has a job in the phillipines, she has a house, has a bank account and im planning to get her here using a fiance visa soon after i get my citizenship which ill be applying this march.

those things that i listed like she has a job, land and a house, bank account would that be enough you think?
