Yeah even I read the memo couple of months ago, and was very sure that priority dates are carried over thats LC established on the case.
But we all will wait for your reply on this issue. Also if possible please give your analysis over either of the answer after your discussion with lawyer.
Becaue in case we are not allowed to carry over the PD, then are we immediately eligible for approval, but that would be unjust who sticks to there sponsoring employer and have "good intent to stick" . So this would contrary to the basic need of GC.
And if in same above case, (i.e no PD scenario) would we have to wait for the entire EB3 categroy to come current that would be a black hole and worse than retrogression dates are published.
So please reply and we all are waiting, I'am sure now that alarm is been raised most of us would waiting on this issue
Also any of the AC21 guys who got there approval can consult to there respective lawyers and further the discussion to some realistic and "for sure" kind of answer
