We sent our package on June 1st, me and my husband.
I am the principal benefitiary, and he is spouse.
We sent each one checks from our personal accounts. We dont have a joint account, just for practical reasons (but we have been married for more than one year and were engaged for 4).
Well they cashed his checks but not mine, but the lc and i-140 are on my name!
what do you make of all this? his checks were cashed on the 19th, they send him receipt and I still dont get anything!
