All,
I have a sub labor from my company, Priority date of that labor is Dec 1999.
I have applied for the I140 in March 2004 and I485 in July 2004.
EB3 category, VSC.
My questions.
What will be my priority date, will it be the priority date of the lobor (Dec 1999) or the filed date of I140 (March 2004).
My I140 is approved. In the approval notice I see the priority date as Dec 1999.
